Down Terrace è un film del 2009, diretto da Ben Wheatley. Come avranno capito anche i sassi, a noi di Nocturno Ben Wheatley sta molto simpatico e lo teniamo in altissima considerazione.
Con questo non voglio dire che il livello del lavoro complessivo di Wheatley sia andato col tempo abbassandosi, ma è come se “Down Terrace” corrispondesse all’uovo (liscio, levigato, perfetto, simbolo primordiale insostituibile e inattaccabile pur nella sua fragilità) e tutti gli altri lavori ai problematici, pigolanti tentativi di farsi strada nel duro mondo delle aie cinematografiche.
