Some People / Yes You Did was also released as a single on Pye, though as with The Eagles, it’s that EP which took the sales. Valerie Mountain was discovered singing at a Revivalist Meeting in Bristol, according to the Some People EP sleeve notes, though she had already done a single Go It Alone / Gentle Christ on the EMI Columbia label the year before, 1961.
