Heinrich von Plötzke est un haut dignitaire de l'ordre Teutonique. C'est un descendant des ducs héréditaires de Plock, bien qu'il ne porte jamais officiellement ce titre par suite d'une querelle entre sa famille et les princes polonais de la dynastie Piast.
Heinrich von Plötzke (nato intorno al 1264 a Płock in Masovia - è morto in azione il 27 luglio 1320 sotto le mura di Medininkai, Lituania) è un alto dignitario dell'Ordine Teutonico. Era un discendente dei duchi ereditari di Plock, anche se non ha mai ufficialmente portato quel titolo a causa di una lite tra la sua famiglia ei principi polacchi della dinastia Piast .
