Stanley Clarke, född 30 juni 1951 i Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, är en amerikansk basist, främst aktiv inom jazz fusion. Han använder sig ofta av Larry Grahams "slap and pop"-metod, vilken innebär att man slår på strängarna med tummen för att få ljud.
Clarke won a silver medal in the 4 × 100 m freestyle relay at the 1962 European Aquatics Championships. [2] He finished seventh in the same event at the 1960 Summer Olympics . [ 3 ] He represented England in the freestyle events at the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff , Wales. [ 4 ]
