Carmilla (カーミラ?, Kāmira) è una serva di Dracula. Il nome fa riferimento al racconto gotico intitolato appunto Carmilla, del 1872. Appare per la prima volta in Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. Successivamente ritorna in Akumajō Dracula X Chi no Rondo e Castlevania: Circle of the Moon.
