Theatre of Tragedy on norjalainen heavy metal-yhtye. Yhtye perustettiin 1992. Kolmella ensimmäisellään albumillaan yhtye vaikutti suuresti metallimusiikin kehitykseen. Niissä yhdisteltiin miehen bassoääntä ja korinaa sekä naisen sopraanoa. Sanoitukset oli pääosin kirjoitettu vanhalla modernilla englannilla.
