7 ago 2022 · The AFI Conservatory does not accept hard copy letters of recommendation and personal recommendations from friends and family in a non-professional capacity. If applicants fail to provide both letters of recommendation before or on the application deadline date, they will be disqualified.

AFI Conservatory’s Department of Innovative Programs brings the AFI’s non-degree, short-term and social impact programs under one roof and creates a space where technologists, innovators, storytellers, entrepreneurs and social justice changemakers, among others, can come together to collaborate, create and impact our industry and culture.
The Conservatory program is a full time, two-year Master of Fine Arts degree program in six different disciplines. Graduation requirements include completion of a thesis project, which Fellows are expected to complete no later than December 31 of the year in which they have completed their two-year program.
