Research at Rose Bruford College The College's research activities reflect upon its institutional distinctiveness; vocationality, diversity, collaboration and international focus. As a university-sector conservatoire, thinking and doing are combined to produce practical and applied research and teaching and learning outcomes that heighten our taught disciplines by means of greater reflection.
Theatre and Social Change BA (Hons) This course engages you with theatre and activism, community-building, and social justice. It equips you to think about, make, perform, direct, produce and facilitate across theatre practices, including contemporary performance, festivals, spoken word, installations, devised and applied work. Duration. 3 years.
A three-hour workshop consisting of practical work and discussion that takes place at Rose Bruford College’s Sidcup campus. Stage 2: Interview. The interview is an opportunity for you to meet the Programme Director and outline why you wish to study on the course and how you think it will inform your personal and professional development.

Studied at Rose Bruford College (UK), you will be introduced to the academic and intellectual skills that you will need for professional development. You will begin to learn a range of performance skills and contextualise these in developing your understanding of American theatre. Demonstrate a range of physical and vocal performance skills.
Sharing work. You will be encouraged to share work with audiences beyond Rose Bruford, for instance at scratch nights and new work festivals. In 2022, students shared new work with audiences at ‘Calm Down Dear’ Festival (Camden People’s Theatre) and had work accepted to the scratch night for Voila European Theatre Festival for Autumn ’22 (Cockpit Theatre)
