Michael Des Barres ( Londres, Inglaterra; 24 de enero de 1948) es un actor y cantante inglés. Es más conocido por interpretar a Murdock, un asesino que quiere matar al personaje de MacGyver en la serie homónima. Ha organizado durante 4 años un festival de rock and roll llamado Don't Knock the Rock Film Festival .
In 1974, Pamela fell in love with glam rock trailblazer (and real-life marquis) Michael Des Barres, whom she would marry in 1978. Together they had a home in Laurel Canyon, a lifetime of adventures, and one brilliant son before their marriage ended in 1991. De band probeerde zo veel mogelijk te klinken als Led Zeppelin. Des Barres was bevriend met Jimmy Page en trouwde uiteindelijk (in 1977) met een vriendin van Page, Pamela.
