Bill Leeb, född Wilhelm Anton Leeb 21 september 1966 i Wien , är en musiker som numera innehar kanadensiskt medborgarskap. Han blev, under pseudonymen Wilhelm Schroeder , medlem i industrialbandet Skinny Puppy 1982 , tog hand om ett fåtal basslingor och spelade keyboards på de tidiga Skinny Puppy skivorna Bites , Remission och singeln "Stairs and Flowers".

Bill Leeb contributed to several early Skinny Puppy recordings. Having scored a record deal with Nettwerk and with interest surrounding the Back & Forth EP growing, Skinny Puppy was invited to Vancouver's Mushroom Studios to work on new material. It was here that the group recruited Bill Leeb to perform bass synth and backing vocals.
