Nicolo or Nicolas Giraud (born c.1795 - unknown) was a friend and possible lover of George Gordon Byron. Giraud probably met the poet in about 1810 while Byron was staying in Athens, where the pair spent a great deal of time together. Giraud was reported to have taught Byron Italian, and was his travel companion in Greece.

In 1810 Byron had already acquired a new companion, the teenager Nicolo Giraud, whom he made his principal beneficiary in his will. Byron returned to England – which he loathed because of its cant and puritanism – after the death of his mother in 1811, only to learn from Edleston's sister that his boyhood love had died in May that year.
