Weinglass, criminal defense lawyer and civil rights activist, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2011, from pancreatic cancer at age 77 at Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx. He was surrounded at the time by family and close friends. Len was a resident of New York City.
