Gilberto " Jimmy " Roy Duavit Jr. (born October 16, 1963) [1] is a Filipino businessman, philanthropist, producer, and writer. He is the president and chief executive officer of GMA Network Inc., one of the largest media networks in the Philippines.

GMA Network has used a number of logos throughout its history especially when Gozon, Jimenez, and Duavit acquired the station in 1975. From the late 1970s to the early 1990s, the network used the Circle 7 logo for its Metro Manila and Cebu stations, which is also expended by several networks around the world (predominately the O&O stations of ABC in the United States).

Gozon, Duavit Sr., and the older Jimenez (who is Gozon's brother-in-law, as well) saved a struggling Republic Broadcasting System (RBS) in the 1970s and helped transform it into the biggest and most respected media companies in the Philippines.

The eldest son of Gilberto Duavit Sr., (one of the founders and majority shareholders of GMA Network) has been a member of the company’s board of directors since 1999 and has held various roles in the company over the years.
