Kosts Simitis (Κώστας Σημίτης/Costas Simitis; dzimis 1936. gada 23. jūnijā Pirejā) ir bijušais Grieķijas premjerministrs, Visgrieķijas Sociālistiskās kustības (PASOK) līderis (1996-2004).
