ESCC is the Ezra Stiles College Council, a group of Stilesians that meet once a week to help make Stiles the best residential college community on campus! From planning events for the college to supporting all our Stiles groups (IMs, SAC, the Big Sib program, and more), ESCC is here to make everyone feel heard and part of the herd!
She is originally from Branford, CT and graduated from Yale College in 2014 with a B.A. in History. She was a proud member of Ezra Stiles College, where she served as a Stiles Aide and First-Year Counselor. She also served as the President of the Yale College Democrats and the College Democrats of Connecticut.
In February Ezra Stiles College hosted Ross Gay, award-winning poet, essayist, and educator, for engaging and insightful discussions on finding joy and delight in the everyday. We thank Mr. Gay for sharing his time, work and thoughts with Stiles, Yale and the greater New Haven community.
Stiles has three laundry rooms are equipped with washers and dryers for student use, which can be activated simply with a debit/credit card. The laundry rooms can be found in the basement of entryway B, the basement of the tower (entryway E), and in the basement just past the buttery and student kitchen (entryway G).
10 mar 2023 · Housed at Yale College, the collection was largely the creation of the college’s seventh president, Ezra Stiles (1727–1795). Considering himself sympathetic to the “Indians,” Stiles “demonstrated a quasi-ethnographic interest in Algonquian beliefs and practices.”
In addition to his work in admissions, he also serves as the Chair of Outreach and Engagement for the Yale LGBTQ Affinity Group and resides in Ezra Stiles College as a Resident Fellow. Email: john.yi@yale.edu
