Distribuito nel 2010, il lungometraggio è divenuto da subito un enorme cult in tutto il mondo e viene riconosciuto dai più come un capolavoro del genere.
“I Saw The Devil” lo definirei senza remore non come uno dei tanti film di vendetta, ma probabilmente come IL film di vendetta. Man mano che i fatti si susseguono, si sprofonda sempre di più in ansia e inquietudine; lo spettatore cerca di capire chi sia la preda e chi il predatore, ma viene subito catapultato in un mondo di follia estrema.
