The band was formerly named Pyrrhus, the initial lineup of L.A. Guns in 1983 consisted of guitarist Tracii Guns, vocalist Michael Jagosz, drummer Rob Gardner, and bassist Ole Beich.
Ole Beich var den bassguitarist, der var med til at starte det legendariske rockband Guns 'N' Roses i Los Angeles i 1985. Ikke ret mange kender historien om Ole fra Esbjerg.

Guns, Gardner and Jagosz met at Fairfax High School and previously played in a band called Pyrrhus with bassist Dani Tull. 2 dic 2020 · La prima line-up era formata da Axl Rose, Rob Gardner, Izzy Stradlin, Tracii Guns e Ole Beich. Quest’ultimo fu poi sostituito da Duff McKagan; Tracii Guns, invece, ben preso abbandonò il gruppo dopo aver litigato con Axl Rose e al suo posto arrivò Slash. Poco dopo se ne andò anche Gardner e fu sostituito da Steven Adler.
