Nigel Thomas Lawson, later Baron Lawson of Blaby, PC ( Londen, 11 maart 1932 – Eastbourne, 3 april 2023) was een Brits journalist en Conservatief lid van het Lagerhuis en tussen juni 1983 en oktober 1989 minister van Financiën in de regering Thatcher. [1] He was educated at Westminster School and Christ Church, Oxford, where he got a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. He was a journalist during the 1960s.
