Lung is obviously a researcher of the highest caliber, combing through old newspaper articles, letters, film reels, movie programs, TV footage and books. She never gives up.

By blowing the film up to 35mm United Artists was able to book KUKAN in more theaters, and the film screened widely across America and Canada through 1943.
