5 nov 2021 · Camden School for Girls’ new headteacher arrived in the UK from Ukraine unable to speak a word of English. Kateryna Law, 39, started the position in October, becoming the youngest female secondary school headteacher in Camden, and joined the school ahead of its 150th anniversary. But it hasn’t been plain sailing for the wife and mother-of-two.
5 set 2020 · Leave a space in a state school for someone accomplished who doesn’t have the option of private school. The disparity of students at Camden is just hideous - some students in £££ houses/ with so much academic support vs. some of the more “local” students from modest backgrounds. It is so polarised.
