Given that Daniel's 80s recordings (technically this came out in 1990, but yea!) are about as lo-fi as one could ask for as they are, intimacy comes pre-packaged in the world of Daniel Johnston. I always adored "Love Wheel", so it's nice to know that he had it sitting around for some years and was prepared to release it as a go at pop stardom.
