Scott Sundquist is an American musician. He is the former drummer for the American rock band Soundgarden, from 1985 to 1986, when he left the band to pursue a family life. Other members of Soundgarden include or have included Matt Cameron , Chris Cornell , Jason Everman , Ben Shepherd , Kim Thayil , and Hiro Yamamoto .

Sunquist assumed the presidency on July 1, 2019, and was inaugurated as the seventh president of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary on October 11, 2019. For the previous eight years, Dr. Sunquist served as the Dean of Intercultural Studies and Professor of World Christianity at Fuller Seminary.
