2 gen 2010 · Not to mention they do have some longevity in the rap game (Freeway been around about 10 years now and Beans for about 13), so it's no wonder this album is pretty good. Freeway is on 11 songs and Beanie appears on 9, guests are on 7 songs (rapping on 6 and doing a hook on 1) and mostly are fellow State Property group members.

With The Roc Boys the old Roc Boys prove that the watchful eyes of Damon Dash and Jay-Z, no matter how scrutinizing or disrespectful, are pertinent to albums’ values. That being said, it’s not Freeway’s fault, and it’s not Beanie’s fault either.
