Hillel Day School, named after the Jewish religious leader, sage and scholar Hillel, is an independent Pre-K – 8 Jewish day school in Farmington Hills, Michigan, a city in the Detroit metropolitan area. Founded in 1958, it became the first non-Orthodox Jewish school in Michigan.

Fast Facts. In September 1989, Hillel Day School opened in Boca Raton with 42 students. In 1998 the school moved to the 15-acre Milton B. Katz campus, in west Boca Raton, located adjacent to the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.
