It is possible to process your film without a darkroom, but it is difficult to produce traditional darkroom prints without a proper one. If you have a darkroom where you can process and print your film, you have more control over the creative process.

15 dic 2023 · Bring your film into the darkroom and set up your work area. Don’t worry about turning the lights off yet. Since you’ll be working in complete darkness, you want to set up beforehand so everything you need is right in front of you.

At the time of writing, The Darkroom website charges $20.95 to develop one roll of color or black and white 35mm or medium format film with shipping including good quality scans (without tax), it generally takes 3 – 6 days for your film to be processed and your digital scans to be uploaded to the web.
The Darkroom Film Ordering System (FOS) will store each photo album online 60 days for free and as part of your order. The 60 days is valid from the date the photos were uploaded. Storage beyond 60 days requires a subscription.
