18 giu 2021 · Mackintosh finds work as a ranch hand at the 6666 Ranch run by Jim Webster with T.J. tagging along. There the aging cowboy will break in horses and hunt coyotes threatening the ranch’s cattle. The only female character of note in the entire movie is Maggie (Joan Hackett), the wife of a ranch hand who innocently gets Mackintosh into trouble when her husband thinks she’s cheating.
With no money, TJ resorts to stealing as a means to get by. While he attempts to steal an apple at the local general store, Mackintosh steps in just as the storekeeper is about to close in on TJ for theft. Macintosh covers for him, and they become fast friends. Western 2020 1 hr 36 min. PG.
Roy's an old time working cowboy who's not settled down and O'Brien is a young kid of 14 on the road. He's run away because his father has died and he's not liked his mother's choice in companions. The two hit it off and eventually find work at a ranch where Walter Barnes is the foreman and Edith Atwater his wife.
