The dative is easier, as datum means a thing given (the plural of this is data, or the things given back from the experiment), and datives deal for a large part with indirect objects, the person to or for whom a thing is given or an action done.
Greek Pronouns. Learning the Greek Pronouns displayed below is vital to the language. Greek pronouns include personal pronouns (refer to the persons speaking, the persons spoken to, or the persons or things spoken about), indefinite pronouns, relative pronouns (connect parts of sentences) and reciprocal or reflexive pronouns (in which the object of a verb is being acted on by verb's subject).
In Greek, indirect objects are expressed partly through genitive forms of nouns or pronouns, and partly through a periphrasis consisting of the preposition σε ([se], 'to') and the accusative. The use of a future construction derived from the verb 'want' ( θέλει να [ˈθeli na] → θα [θa] ).

These pronouns are used to show where someone or something belongs and express ownership. There are two types again and the form changes depending on the person and number.
