The film stars Tom Berenger as Rock Reilly, a veteran navy officer who has been assigned to Shore Patrol duty to escort Toni Johnson (Erika Eleniak), a young woman of inhumanly perfect proportions. She's on her way to the base brig, having been unjustly convicted of assault and going AWOL.
