3 giorni fa · Chi ride sa bene, dentro di sé, quando la risata viene dal cuore ed è sincera. In questo caso si tratta di una reazione che è davvero positiva e benevola per la salute. In tutti gli altri casi, per le così dette risate amare o di altro tipo, sarebbe meglio fermarsi a riflettere , indagare su cosa c’è dietro e fare qualche risata in meno, a favore di qualche riflessione in più.
