26 ago 2024 · Groove Theory was formed by Amel Larrieux and Bryce Wilson in 1993. Bryce was also a songwriter, actor and producer. The duo’s debut album was released two years later. Their musical genre was harder to pinpoint than most artists – to listeners it sounded like a combination of Soul, R&B and Smooth.
27 ago 2024 · Following the demise of Mantronix, Wilson paired with Amel Larrieux to form the duo Groove Theory. In 1995, the group released its self-titled debut album Groove Theory. The album featured the hit, gold certified single "Tell Me" which reached #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #3 on the R&B chart.
