13 mag 2024 · Ed Wood (1994) Blu-ray Movies - North America. An absolutely perfect movie that still holds up so well. I'll always remember seeing this opening night in a theater full of Ed Wood fans who got all the little in-jokes and loved the stunning re-creations of the films.
It mostly featured ex-girlfriends of Wood's friends and people from Ed Wood's neighborhood, most notably real-life sex worker Nona Carver (as "Sleazy Maisie Rumpledinck"), Duke Moore, Linda Colpin, Donna Stanley, Monica Gayle and Louis Ojena. Ed Wood plays a transvestite named Alecia in a bizarre 7-minute sequence.
