They’ve converted the space into two levels, with a downstairs bar and dining areas, and an upstairs atrium-style dining room, bar, and rooftop patios.

This new steakhouse, Butcher & Rose, is located at 155 E. Broad St., and the wait is (almost) over – the restaurant officially opens on July 6, according to their website.
