29 apr 2024 · Chan Kai-him obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Music from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. In 2015, he was recognized as a "Young Music Maker" by RYHK. Currently, he is the co-concertmaster of the Windpipe Chinese Music Ensemble and a founding member of the Hong Kong Erhu ensemble Goin’ Music.
30 apr 2024 · When he was a sophomore student at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a major in composition, Kam Shing-hei made his first trip to the Mogao Caves in Dunhuang, Gansu province. He was overwhelmed by the UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is known for nearly 500 caves carved into cliffs between the 4th and 14th centuries.
