David Sancious (born November 30, 1953) is an American musician. He was an early member of Bruce Springsteen's backing group, the E Street Band, and contributed to the first three Springsteen albums, and again on Human Touch (1992), Tracks (1998), and Western Stars (2019).
Biografia. Dopo avere studiato il pianoforte a partire dall'età di sette anni e la chitarra a partire dagli undici, Sancious si affaccia sulla scena musicale di Asbury Park tra la fine degli anni sessanta e l'inizio degli anni settanta suonando in varie formazioni insieme a Bruce Springsteen e altri membri della futura E Street Band.
