16 mag 2024 · Around the World in Eighty Days was the eleventh installment in a series aptly called Voyages Extraordinaires (Extraordinary Voyages) by Pierre-Jules Hetzel, the fortunate publisher of most of Jules Verne’s fascinating works. The series began in January 1863 with Five Weeks in a Balloon, and by the time of Verne’s death the titles numbered 54.
