Acting still has major issues, with Mel Gibson and Bruce Spence being the only characters with somewhat decent acting ability, and even then, it pales in comparison to many other action flicks. Many of the side characters are boring and unfleshed out, whereas the villain group seem too extreme to be taken seriously.
