7 mag 2024 · We are a small group of enthusiasts who enjoy studying and speaking Italian and learning about Italian culture, and we meet in each other’s houses most Tuesday afternoons in term time, from 2 - 3.30 pm.
23 mag 2024 · Today we had our second meeting of the U3A Bury St. Edmunds Architecture Group. Several people couldn't make it so it was just Maureen and myself who did our planned walk around historic Bury St. Edmunds, based on the booklet who's cover is shown above. We got it from the tourist information in The APEX. This was our route starting from The APEX.
8 mag 2024 · We look at all aspects of painting, sculpture etc and the history behind it. We present a topic and then discuss it during the meeting. There is always a lively discussion in which you are welcome to participate or simply sit back and enjoy.
15 mag 2024 · Meet up, have a coffee, play several hands of crib (cards and boards provided), have lunch and then go home. Games can comprise of 2, 3 or 4 players.
16 mag 2024 · On the 15th May 2024, our coach trip “Priests, Potters and Pilgrims” took us to Bury St. Edmunds. See the Diary below for further planned events. Booking is required for all trips!
