Uno Scott Weiland che è quello dei tempi migliori, uno Slash che si mette al servizio di una proposta musicale variegata ed intrigante risultando al tempo stesso fondamentale per la riuscita dell’operazione, così come fanno Duff McKagan e Matt Sorum.

Quando ci troviamo a guardare il video-singolo capiamo subito una cosa: i Velvet Revolver scimmiottano i Jane’s Addiction.

So, Matt and Duff, in earnest, auditioned a few different people and we wrote a bunch of songs. But I think as soon as it ended with Scott, it ended with me, yeah, because it was a really hard band.
