Seán Feargal Sharkey OBE (born 13 August 1958) is a singer from Northern Ireland. He was the lead vocalist of punk band The Undertones in the 1970s and 1980s and a solo artist in the 1980s and 1990s.
Carriera. Dal 1976 al 1983 ha fatto parte del gruppo pop punk The Undertones, che ha prodotto diversi brani di successo come Teenage Kicks (1978) e Jimmy Jimmy (1979). Nel 1983 ha partecipato al progetto The Assembly creato da Vince Clarke e ha cantato nel singolo Never Never che raggiunge la posizione numero quattro nella classifica inglese.

Feargal Sharkey. He found fame as the lead singer of the Undertones, whose singles provided some of the best punk-pop of the late 70's. The band eventually fell apart in 1983, after which Sharkey teamed up with Vince Clarke in a one-off project called "The Assembly".
