Francis Marion University is located on what many believe is one of the most scenic campuses in South Carolina, if not the Southeast. The university was carved from field and forest less than 50 years ago, with extensive landscaping added over the years.
Francis Marion University is a public university near Florence, South Carolina. It is named in honor of American Revolutionary War Brigadier General Francis Marion.
