Norman Zachary Prescott (born Pransky; January 31, 1927 – July 2, 2005) was co-founder and executive producer at Filmation Associates, an animation studio he created with veteran animator Lou Scheimer.

Norm Prescott was a co-founder of Filmation and served as executive producer on most of their shows, including Shazam! and Isis. For Shazam!, he voiced some of the Elders, notably Solomon, who appeared as animated characters in the series.
