Ben Frost (born 1980) is an Australian-born musician, composer, record producer, sound designer and director currently based out of Reykjavík, Iceland. Frost has contributed to albums by Canadian electronic musician Tim Hecker and American experimental rock band Swans.

1 mar 2024 · Like so many people who end up choosing to make Iceland their home or their destination-du-coeur, it was a physiological reaction with this country that resonated with Ben. After a childhood of chronic allergies and profuse sweating, going for a hike in Iceland and neither sweating nor wheezing was a revelation.
