The remaining members recruited Japanese bass player Tetsu Yamauchi and keyboardist John "Rabbit" Bundrick, who had worked with Kossoff and Kirke during Free's initial split, recording Kossoff, Kirke, Tetsu and Rabbit and recorded what would be Free's final album, Heartbreaker.
10 mar 2015 · He commenced his career with Samurai featuring Mickey Curtis and followed not one but two bass legends in two seminal bands at the height of their popularity: Andy Fraser in Free, and later, Ronnie Lane in the Faces – all within the span of a year!
Lane's role as bassist was taken over by Tetsu Yamauchi (who had replaced Andy Fraser in Free). Released just months before Lane left the band, the Faces' final studio album was Ooh La La.
