Cradle of Filth are an English extreme metal band from Suffolk. Formed in 1991, the group originally consisted of lead vocalist Dani Filth (real name Daniel Davey), guitarist Paul Ryan, bassist Jon Pritchard, keyboardist Benjamin Ryan (brother of Paul Ryan), and drummer Darren "Daz" Gardner.
V Empire or Dark Faerytales in Phallustein is the first EP by English extreme metal band Cradle of Filth, and the first release following their 1994 debut studio album The Principle of Evil Made Flesh. It was released on 22 April 1996, and was the band's final release for Cacophonous Records.
22 apr 1996 · The name "Jared Demeter" is credited in the liner notes to make it seem like two guitarists played on the EP. From the liner notes of the booklet: "Jared Demeter appears as session musician on this recording courtesy of December Moon ."
