The Exit Papers is one of Low’s least known but most hauntingly experimental works (perhaps the two go hand in hand there), and now sees its first vinyl reissue with Temporary Residence some 16 years since it was issued as a subscriber-only CD called The Exit Papers (Travels In Constants Volume Nine).
