Ragnhild Sigurdsdotter var kona til Halfdan Svarte og mor til Harald Hårfagre. Ho skal ha vore dotter av Sigurd Hjort Helgesson og Tyrne Haraldsdotter. Ho skal ha blitt født omkring 840 på Ringerike, og døydde omkring 858, men i Heimskringla fortel Snorre at ho var omkring tjue år då ho gifta seg.
