Yardley Court is a private day preparatory school for boys in Tonbridge, Kent, England, founded in 1898 by Arthur Bickmore and his wife Lilian. It now forms part of Somerhill, a public school in the British sense of the term.
Yardley Court is our prep section for boys aged 7 to 13. Boys move up from Pre-Prep automatically or can enter directly into Year 3. Our curriculum and calendar of activities offer boys a good all-round education in wonderful surroundings.

Yardley Court. Yardley Court is the prep section for boys aged 7 to 13; covering school years 3 to year 8. Boys attending Somerhill can leave following the 11+ and progress to the local grammar schools, particularly the Judd School, the Skinners’ School, and Tunbridge Wells Grammar.

About Yardley Court Condo Community. Yardley Court is an owner community. No temporary rentals are allowed. There are only 5 units at any one time that can be used as long term rental properties. Once a tenant leaves or a lease ends that unit goes to the end of the list and the next unit in line is allowed to proceed as a rental unit.
