Lady Moyra Kathleen Campbell-Grove CVO (née Hamilton; 22 July 1930 – 8 November 2020) was a British aristocrat and courtier who served as a maid of honour at the coronation of Elizabeth II.
Lady Mary Katherine Crichton was born on 8 July 1905, the daughter of Lt.-Col. Henry William Crichton, Viscount Crichton and Lady Mary Cavendish Grosvenor. She married James Edward Hamilton, 4th Duke of Abercorn on 9 February 1928 at St. Martin-in-the-Fields Church, Covent Garden, London, England.
