Mircea Grigore Carol Lambrino, autointitulat Prințul Carol de România (n. 8 ianuarie 1920, București – d. 27 ianuarie 2006, Londra) a fost primul fiu al Regelui Carol al II-lea al României din relația sa cu Zizi Lambrino . Carol and Zizi Lambrino had one son, Mircea Gregor Carol Lambrino (8 August 1920 – 27 January 2006). Carol and the Romanian government continued to pay Lambrino's maintenance and that of her son in their French exile. Zizi Lambrino died in Neuilly-sur-Seine, near Paris, France, on 11 March 1953.

18 set 2023 · In 1955 a Portuguese court acknowledged that Carol Lambrino was the legitimate son of the late King Carol II of Romania and that he was entitled to use the Hohenzollern surname. Another case in France two years later allowed Carol to pursue claims for the French properties his father had owned.
