Roll the Bones is the fourteenth studio album by Canadian rock band Rush, released September 3, 1991, on Anthem Records. The band began working on the album after a brief creative hiatus following the tour promoting their previous release, Presto (1989).

"Roll the Bones" is a song by the Canadian rock band Rush. It was released as the second single from their 1991 album of the same name.
A superb track. The Big Wheel reminds me, in a way, of SuperConductor, from the previous album. Fine stuff! Neurotica is compelling, and Bet Your Life is a good example of Geddy's vocal talents. This is the sixth entry in the greatest ever Rush album stakes, as far as I am concerned. Buy it!

Roll the Bones has a taste of rap, a bit of funk, and a bigger “groove” than fans expected from Rush at the time. Neil chose to be more straight-ahead, leaving room for Geddy bass playing to be more aggressive.
